POSITION:   3RD GRADE TEACHER

                    Effective 2025-26 School Year

 

LOCATION:  BEAVERTOWN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

 

GENERAL INFORMATION: 

Seeking applicants with an Ohio teaching license:  PreK-3 or K-3 with 4-5 Generalist or PreK-5, or any applicable licenses, who can teach the full range of classes for elementary students.   (Reading Endorsement Preferred)

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES, Partial List:

 

1. Develops daily and seasonal educational objectives.
2. Supervises and manages all classroom activities.
3. Participates in school-wide programs and activities.
4. Communicates with parents and guardians of assigned students.
5. Maintains records regarding student progress.
6. Provides a variety of instructional experiences for all students.

 

QUALIFICATIONS, Partial List:

 

1. Valid Ohio teaching license.
2. Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
3. Collaboration and problem-solving skills.
4. Educational technology skills.

 

SALARY:      According to the approved Teacher Salary Schedule.
